Major Terror Plot Foiled Near Delhi: Huge Explosive Material & Weapons Recovered

A major terror attack in the Delhi-NCR region has been prevented after a joint operation by Jammu & Kashmir Police and Haryana Police. The team arrested multiple suspects from Faridabad and Jammu & Kashmir, including some people linked to medical backgrounds, and recovered a massive quantity of explosive-making material and weapons.

Investigators say they recovered almost 360 kg of chemicals used for making explosives, along with equipment that can be used to build bombs. Police confirmed that the substance is not RDX, but mainly ammonium nitrate — a chemical that can be extremely dangerous when mixed and prepared as an explosive.

Initial investigation suggests that this group may have links with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind (AGuH) — terror organizations active in India’s neighbouring region.
